More than a tour
Not a retreat

An experience

Not a retreat

Not a tour, workshop, or wellness escape. Something different. Travel designed around a specific skill or perspective, with enough structure to create real progression and enough space to enjoy where you are.

The goal isn't mastery

It's the satisfaction of understanding something more deeply, becoming genuinely more confident in it, and seeing the world a little differently afterwards. Each experience is built on instinct rather than theory.

Small groups

Every trip has a maximum of eight women. That's a deliberate choice. Small enough for real connection, large enough for variety. A table where you can speak to most people, without needing to connect with everyone.

A busy street scene in a European city with pedestrians walking along the sidewalk. The street is lined with shops, cafes, and apartments with decorative balconies. An ancient stone archway is visible at the end of the street, and the sky is partly cloudy with blue patches.

Field Guide

Observe

Local masters showing the craft

First exposure to a new world. The focus is perception, not performance.

Two women in an art gallery observing paintings on the wall. One woman with curly dark hair and a gold dress is looking at a portrait, while the other woman with black hair tied back and in a white outfit is examining a colorful still life painting.

Absorb

The hands-on struggle and "aha" moments

Learning through real environments. Concepts become tangible through doing.

Express

Taking that skill and making it your own

Every journey ends with a moment where you realise you can actually do this now.

See the Experiences

Six destinations. Six ways of seeing the world differently.

I wanted to do Eat, Pray, Love.
But make it Cook, Wine and Dance.

I looked for a week in Colombia to learn salsa. A week in Italy to learn to cook properly. A week somewhere to finally understand wine.

Everything I found was three days, barely organised, or just didn't exist. And I didn't want to go alone, and as a woman travelling solo, it's always something you have in mind.

So I built it, and called it Wanderphi.
