I wanted the trip.
It didn't exist.

I wanted to learn to cook Italian food properly, in Italy. Learn to choose wine, not just drink it. Learn salsa in Colombia until it stopped feeling like something I was trying.

I looked for a week in each place. A real week, with a small group of women who wanted the same thing. Not a retreat. Not a tour. Not three hours in a kitchen making food you'll never cook again.

It didn't exist. So I built it. I'll be at every trip, at the table, in the class, on the dance floor.
